These terms apply to journeys booked with Raynes Park Cars, Kingston Rd Raynes Park London SW20 8SA. Please read them before booking. Items in square brackets must be completed by Raynes Park Cars before publication.
1. Bookings
You can book online, by phone on 02085409999 or by WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us. Please check addresses, times, flight or train details and passenger and luggage numbers are correct.
2. Fares and Payment
The fare is the price quoted at the time of booking for the journey described. Changes to the route, extra stops or extra waiting may change the fare. Accepted payment methods: [payment methods].
3. Waiting Time and Flight Delays

4. Cancellations

5. Passengers and Luggage
The number of passengers and pieces of luggage must not exceed the vehicle's capacity (see our fleet). Drivers may refuse to carry excess passengers or luggage for safety reasons.
6. Children and Pets

7. Conduct
Drivers may refuse or end a journey if a passenger behaves in a threatening or abusive manner, is unsafe, or causes damage. Cleaning charges may apply for soiling: [amount].
8. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as accidents, road closures or severe weather. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Licensing
